Shipping and DeliveryWe work with shippers including US Postal Service and United Parcel Service to get your package to you the safest and most secure way. If you prefer to have shipments sent to a PO Box, please choose US Postal Service Priority Mail as your shipping option. For all other options, please specify your street address.Standard Ground Shipping. (Click here for our shipping rates.) Exceptions from Free Shipping. Free shipping is available in the contiguous 48 States and Alaska. Some items are excluded from free shipping, including drop ship items, furniture, frames, hazardous materials and other oversized items. On orders with multiple items totaling over $200, shipping may be applied to these excluded items, while the remainder of your order ships free. If you feel that the items on your order should be included in the free shipping offer, but are showing shipping cost online, please contact us at 1-800-426-6740, so that a representative may assist you with your order. Please provide a valid e-mail address and phone number during checkout for our records. Most in-stock items are shipped from our warehouse in Seattle, WA within two (2) business days. To receive your order as quickly as possible, charge it to a credit card. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted. No C.O.D. orders. When ordering custom-cut frames, please allow these additional times: 1) Precision frame-cutting at Daniel Smith within two (2) business days, and 2) special packaging for shipment one (1) business day. Large frame orders may take longer. PLEASE ALLOW 5-10 DAYS FOR DELIVERY. Most orders shipped by ground arrive in a week or less, but weekends, holidays and weather delays can add to the delivery time. As you plan your order, please allow sufficient delivery time if you are preparing for a class, buying frames to assemble for an exhibition, or ordering for other situations where timing is especially important. Optional 2-Day Air Service. We have negotiated excellent rates for 2-Day Air Service. Order shipped by UPS 2nd Day Air will be charged the actual freight charges. These charges are based on shipped weight, and will be added to your order at the time of shipment. Heavy items can be very expensive. No combustible items. Click the Your Account option at the top right corner of your screen and follow the instructions provided. International Shipments (Other than Canada). Daniel Smith offers a variety of air and surface shipping options to most destinations around the world. Please place your international orders through our online store. When your order is received, a Daniel Smith Customer Service Representative will contact you by e-mail or phone to inform you of shipping options and costs. Your order will not be shipped until we receive your approval for shipping. Shipments to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Vigin Islands and Guam. Packages are shipped Priority Mail (5-7 days) or Parcel Post (4-6 weeks) depending on the size of the package. To calculate your cost, use the Standard Delivery column in the Shipping Rates chart. For faster service, you can ship your order UPS 2-Day Air. Please call the Sales line for actual shipping charges: (800) 426-6740. UPS Deliveries to Puerto Rico do incur additional taxes. Shipments to Canada. - Please pay in U.S. dollars and write "U.S. Funds" on your check if ordering by mail. - Customs may delay the delivery of your order from 3 to 6 weeks. - We ship USPS Par Avion to Canada. Order Size: $0.00 - $60.00—$13.75 $60.01 - $150.00—23% $150.01+—19% Sales Tax. Washington State residents are assessed an additional 8.8% Sales Tax to all orders. This assessment also applies to orders delivered within Washington State. The Sales Tax is calculated at the time of your order, and will be displayed in both your invoice and your e-mail confirmation following completion of the order. |
