Enviro-Friendly Red Iron Oxide is a versatile red-brown in mass tone – beautiful for brickwork in landscapes. Enviro-Friendly paints are made with pigments from the earth’s crust that are obtained through Iron Oxide Recovery (IOR). This process removes the iron oxides that pollute mine water, leaving it clean enough to safely enter nearby rivers and streams. The recovered iron oxide is thoroughly washed and used as pigment for a range of rich, earthy colors.
