Nato a Yeosu, una piccola città portuale della Corea con una cultura artistica bella e sviluppata, Jung-Hun Sung ha iniziato a dipingere nel suo studio all'età di 10 anni. Attualmente dipinge solo con acquarelli ed espone le sue opere in tutto il mondo. Ora vive a Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do e gestisce uno studio di acquerello.
