Народився в Йосу, невеликому портовому місті Кореї з прекрасною та розвиненою мистецькою культурою, Чон-Хун Сун почав малювати у своїй студії у віці 10 років. Зараз він малює лише аквареллю та виставляє свої роботи по всьому світу. Зараз він живе в Коянг-сі, Кьонгі-до, і керує студією акварелі.
