“I love transparent, staining pigments – DANIEL SMITH colors are the best and are perfect for my style of painting. I discovered them a few years ago and now use them exclusively. The Phthalo and Quinacridone colors work wonderfully in my transparent watercolor paintings of light, shade and shadow – especially when using my Ggrisaille method of glazing.”
