Phthalo Turquoise is dark in mass tone, transparent and as with all Phthalos has strong tinting power. This blue-green, peacock color is cooler than Cobalt Turquoise.
Colors are shown in mass tone (straight from the tube) on top and mixed 50/50 with Titanium White on the bottom.
