Emma Vande Voort, originally from northwest Washington, is currently studying biology and art at Dordt University in Iowa with the intent to pursue a career in scientific illustration. Most of her paintings are either nature or landscape focused, and she also creates a variety of portrait and animal paintings that are popular for commissions.

Emma macht nicht nur Kunst, sondern liebt auch Wandern, Gartenarbeit, Zeit draußen mit ihrer Familie (zusammen mit einem Hund, Schafen und Hühnern) und es sich zu Hause bei Kaffee oder Tee und einem guten Film gemütlich zu machen.
