Cet orange foncé à faible coloration est parfois appelé Scarlet Lake ou Rose Carthame. Les oranges peuvent être très difficiles à travailler, mais celle-ci excelle dans la manipulation et constitue une bonne option par rapport à l'orange cadmium.
