Sinh ra tại Yeosu, một thành phố cảng nhỏ ở Hàn Quốc với nền văn hóa nghệ thuật phát triển và tươi đẹp, Jung-Hun Sung bắt đầu vẽ tranh trong studio của mình từ năm 10 tuổi. Hiện tại, anh chỉ vẽ bằng màu nước và triển lãm tác phẩm của mình trên toàn thế giới. Anh hiện sống tại Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do và điều hành một studio vẽ tranh màu nước.
