Alex Hillkurtz is a watercolor artist, living and painting in Paris. Born in England and raised in California, Alex became a renowned storyboard artist in Hollywood working with top directors and cinematographers. Currently living in Paris with his wife, Alex uses the language of cinema and visual storytelling to inform his images, moving beyond what one sees, and depicting what he wants others to see.

Alex has exhibited his artwork in galleries and shows in Paris, Milan, Venice, and Fabriano. He gives regular Masterclasses and workshops on his watercolor techniques all over the world.
