plein air tools

This is my basic set-up for plein air painting – a nice bench, water cup, sketchbook with a sturdy clip, watercolors in a metal palette box, plus a handy pencil/brush. Using the DANIEL SMITH 24 color set of hand-poured half-pans has been a delight…even though it has many colors that I would not usually choose. But I do love that kind of challenge and I discovered some paints I hadn’t tried yet.
