Eduardo Solana Jr. was born in Bukidnon, Philippines. He had a passion for pencil and crayon drawing at a very early age and continued to evolve as an artist while in high school. He received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in advertising.

“Watercolor has been my favorite medium. It’s transparent and loose with no boundaries, no limits – simply apply water and let it work. It pays to be patient – don’t give up!”

As an active professional artist, Eduardo has exhibited both locally and abroad. He is a member of the Cebu Watercolor Society and has won several awards. He gives free demos to burgeoning artists as a way of giving back to his community.
