“A little more than 10 years ago, I came into contact with Daniel Smith Artist Materials while attending FabrianoInAcquarello for the first time. I bought just a few tubes of watercolor to try them out, but immediately fell in love with the paint. The consistency, the way they granulate, and how the pigment blends on the paper are fabulous.

Good materials are very important to achieve a successful painting, and DS is a great help with its bright colors and the unique properties of the paint, as I mentioned before. I am hooked on DS paints!

The colors I chose reflect the variety of subjects I challenge myself with. For years, I struggled with “green” when painting nature, but DS made it easy: they have some beautiful greens in their range of colors.”
