Penny Horsley started painting with watercolor ten years ago upon retiring from her career as a midwife. She calls her work eclectic – painting how she feels and expressing positivity to make her viewers feel good. She has exhibited around the world and has won a few awards for her work.

I paint from the heart, using color as motivation to extract vibrancy, fun, and a love for people, places and life. DANIEL SMITH Watercolors help me achieve this – the way they mix together on the paper is really surprising. If you haven’t tried them, do it now! Just add water, a brush and some paper to get started and you will see what I mean.
