Captain Prafull Hudekar is a passionate watercolour artist from India. Born in 1964, he started off with his watercolour journey in 2007. Since then, inspired by the seven seas during his long voyages, Prafull has developed his own techniques for seascapes and plein air art styles. He has exhibited in galleries and shows throughout India, as well as with the Shanghai Water Colour Society and the International Watercolour Society IWS, Malaysia.

Prafull is an artist demonstrator and the country leader for India (West-Zone) for FabrianoInAquarello. He has been featured in articles for in Command Magazine (2022) and International Mooring Magazine (2020).
